FAQ

Q: Do you charge the public to drop off computer recyling, E-Waste or electronic recycling materials?
A: We allow the public to drop off up to 4 items at a time for free

Q: What certifications do you have?
A: We have been approved by the Ministry of the Environment and have our Certificate of Approval.

Q: Will you pick up our E-Waste electronics at our home or office?
A: Yes. Mida can work out a price and offer pick up on a designated day and the charges would be based on
the electronic scrap material being picked up.

Q: Can I be guaranteed that our electronic scrap will not end up in China?
A: Yes. Mida does not send any electronic scrap material to non OECD countries as per our Certificate of Approval.
