The year 2010 is shaping up to be a good year for ferrous
and non-ferrous scrap prices. Steel mills are increasing
their production levels making a steady demand for ferrous
scrap this year.
Base metal prices continue to rise on all grade with the
strong North American markets and the continued export
markets to Asia.
Markets will probably dip throughout the year but overall
there should be a steady demand with strong pricing."
